Appointments
It
is necessary that we work by appointments. Unfortunately,
emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delays in our
schedule. However, we will try our best to honor your appointment
time. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give
us at least 48 hours notice so that your previously reserved time
can be given to another patient.
Emergencies
We
maintain a 24 hour answering service. In the event of an emergency
during the night, weekend, or holidays, the Doctors may be reached,
by calling the office phone number.
Financial
Policy
We
have made and will continue to make every effort to keep down the
cost of dental
care. Our payment policy is that we expect all office fees to be
paid in full, at the time services are rendered, unless other
arrangements have been approved prior to the visit.
We
accept all major credit cards as a convenience for you and can
arrange outside financing as necessary - interest refinancing
available for up to 6 months.
Insurance
As
a convenience to you, our office will submit the charges to your
insurance carrier. Please understand that your insurance is a
contract between you and the insurance company. We will strive to
maximize your benefits to meet your dental needs, but we consider
the patient primarily responsible for the account.
Patient
Referrals
Our
practice has grown thanks to our patient referrals. We welcome and
appreciate your referring friends, family or co-workers interested
in high quality dental care.

Infection
Control
We
currently meet or exceed all ADA/OSHA protocols. Our office
uses as many disposable products as we can.
